We are very proud to announce the acquisition of our own casualty insurance carrier.  On July 7, 2003 the acquisition of Universal Fire & Casualty Insurance Company was completed.  Universal is an Indiana domiciled property & casualty insurance company that holds licenses in eleven states.  We are in the process of filing expansion applications for additional states TPGA operates in.  We plan to have certification in most of them in 2004.
