ROBERT C. RYZANCA

Bob has an extensive law enforcement background.  He served three years in Germany as a Military Police Officer with the U.S. Army.  Bob then joined the Holland, Michigan Police Department, where he retired as a Detective after twenty years.  For several years following, Bob headed a security force of 175, at Palisades Nuclear Plant in Southern Michigan.

In 1982, Bob joined Great Lakes Bonding Agency as a licensed Bail Agent.  His early success in the bonding business, along with his Police background, made him a valuable asset in locating and recruiting retired police officers as bail agents.  Bob's efforts have resulted in an agency force of law enforcement professionals that is unprecedented in the state of Michigan.

In 1986 Bob's responsibility extended to out-of-state operations when he reorganized a Minnesota Bail Agency, purchased by Tom Parker.  During that time Bob's role became less retail and more administrative for the growing general agency.

Today, Bob is Operations Manager for Tom Parker General Agency.  He oversees the office staff and investigates potential agencies for contract purposes, through one or more site visits.  Meanwhile, he maintains constant contact with the agency force and is available for approvals, advice, troubleshooting and all types of assistance.  Bob has assisted agency owners in interviewing potential agents and setting up branch offices.  Bob is a main component of TPGA.  He is also a Lifetime member of Professional Bail Agents of the U.S. and currently serves on the committee to investigate sites for national conventions.
